Since 1870 the vigilance of the Federal Veterinarian at borders, sea ports, airports in every state and many a foreign country has increased the health of our country and improved the quality of its food. This film is the story of his work in identifying animal diseases and controlling and eradicating their spread in today's world of rapid transportation.
