Our Land--Its Many Faces, 1962
Scope and Contents
Color - Sound - 16 mm - 00:14:00 Since the days of Thomas Jefferson, far-thinking Americans have recognized the increasing importance of conservation methods. Through advances of science and technology, we have been able to preserve the wonders of our land, despite man's past negligence. We have learned to cherish its resources. A poetic testament to the ways in which man saved the land beneath his feet—land, a source of food, fiber, water—a changing mosaic of growing things.
