The index includes a list of specimens contained in "small bottles," a list of specimens in "large bottles," and an "index of fiber samples stored in boxes and the basement" in alphabetical order by genus and species and geographic location. The "small bottles" cards may relate to the specimens included in this collection and labeled as Subseries II.D. Fiber Specimen Samples.
