Scope and Content Note

This subseries contains correspondence, both outgoing and incoming, memoranda, voting ballots, officer contact information, and term information. The Board of Directors manages the corporate affairs of the USA Branch. It consists of ten elected directors. The term of the office is four years. The Board of Directors nominates members of the board to serve on the Council of the WPSA.
