Scope and Content Note

This subseries contains the meeting minutes of the Board of Directors for the years 1969-1994. Also includes agendas, resolutions, correspondence, a list of meeting dates and locations, and a listing of board members. The Board of Directors manages the corporate affairs of the USA Branch. It consists of ten elected directors. The term of the office is four years. Board of Directors nominates members of the Board to serve on the Council of the WPSA.
