Biographical / Historical

The Regional Poultry Research Laboratory in East Lansing, Michigan, was established in 1939. Circa 1991 the name was changed to the Avian Disease and Oncology Laboratory (ADOL). In 2024 ADOL was combined with the Endemic Poultry Viral Diseases research unit at Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory and relocated to Athens, GA.
