Biographical Sketch
George Burnet Rogers (b. 1919) worked in the Poultry Branch, Food and Restaurant Division of the Office of Price Stabilization in the early 1950s. Later he moved to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Economic Research Service, Marketing Economics Division, where he worked from the 1950s to the 1970s. He published numerous articles and monographs on poultry and egg production, marketing, price controls, and related topics.
