Biographical Sketch
Jack R. Coulson was Director of the Biological Control Documentation Center of the USDA's Agricultural Research Service (ARS). Prior to this, he worked at the ARS Beneficial Insects Introduction Lab (BIIL) in Beltsville, Maryland. He also served as the Global President of the International Organization of Biological Control (IOBC).
