Content Description

The Food Irradiation Collection contains materials primarily from the Quartermaster Food and Container Institute for the Armed Forces (QMF&CI). There are contract research project reports and other publications related to food irradiation. Projects appear to have originated from the Institute, as well as other institutions and commercial companies. The collection also includes international materials.
