Biographical Sketch
Edward H. Smith was chair of the Department of Entomology at Cornell University. Janet R. Smith was his wife and research partner. Together they wrote Charles Valentine Riley: Founder of Modern Entomology, which was published in 2019 by the University of Alabama Press.
