Biographical Sketch

Shirley Cochran (b. 1929) was a nutritionist and the head of the Eastern Cooperatives, Inc. (ECI) testing kitchen from 1951 to 1953. ECI, a wholesale association in New Jersey, published a monthly newspaper called The Cooperator that featured articles written by Cochran.
