This subseries contains original art for the "Smokey Says" cartoon series, which promoted fire prevention and was published in newspapers and magazines. The artworks are mostly single-panel, pen-and-ink cartoon illustrations with hand-written captions. The bulk of the cartoons in this subseries were drawn by Rudy Wendelin, with a few of the earlier pieces drawn by Harry Rossoll.
