Smokey the Bear, 1952

Boxes 58-63 contain approximately 60 phonograph records. The collection includes 7-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, and 16-inch records. The majority of these records contain radio broadcast spots. The majority of 7-inch records in Box 58 correspond with radio press kits in Boxes 67 and 68. Boxes 62 and 63 also contain paper announcement scripts that correspond with a few of the records.

Box 59 contains records that were commercially produced for entertainment. Box 60 contains Cooperative Forest Fire Prevention (CFFP) Campaign phonograph records. Box 61 is largely comprised of CFFP Campaign records featuring The Singing Woodsman and Sons of the Pioneers. Box 62 contains the CFFP Campaign phonograph record collection titled: "Smokey Visits the Stars and the Sons of the Pioneers Sing." Box 63 is comprised of the CFFP Campaign records featuring Jelly Elliott and the Three Knotheads.
