Scope and Contents

Tape includes footage of the precise way that the Smokey Bear costume components should be removed out of its storage case as well as the specific order in which the items should be put on. The footage also specifies how to groom the costume and to ensure dressing Smokey in a private location so that children do not witness the person under the suit. The suit must hang for 24 hours after use in order to air out and dry.
